Our experience allows us to provide solutions, innovations, and value engineering for the entire lifecycle of the project or
program. United ECM can deliver design and construction management services through our expertise, past experienced, skilled engineers, and qualified construction managers. From the pre-construction phase to construction to post-construction, we function as an extension of our clients, putting their best interests first and handling every aspect of design and construction delivery.
United ECM works closely with our clients on their projects to provide world-class track, civil, electrical, structural, and rail system inspections. We understand that a deep level of comprehension is essential to construct and administer a project properly and successfully. Our inspectors to work hard to ensure success through a collaborate approach to projects with continuous stakeholder engagement and co-ordination, issuing
notices of non-conformance reports as applicable while maintaining strict adherence to all local policies.
We conduct a daily review of the construction operations and the construction site, monitoring all changes to field conditions while adhering to all applicable contract specifications and agency standards.
United ECM field personnel prepare detailed and concise inspector daily reports (IDR) noting every detail, including weather, shift
duration, personnel on the project, tools and equipment used, tracking of force account works, project communications, field instructions pertaining to the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety-related issues on each project and activity. Our wider construction management team provides ongoing monitoring and reviews of any issues and help to ensure progress toward resolution(s) or corrective action(s).
